Take some time and indulge is this heavenly soak! Using Epsom salts as the base for this rejuvenating soak I then add blue skullcap, rose petals, echinacea, and blue salvia all grown in my garden.
 
Use two heaped soup spoons directly into your tub or use the little cloth pouch (re-usable) and place the soak into the pouch and let float in your bath. Makes clean up a breeze!
